Two people have been arrested after cannabis resin and a large amount of cash was discovered by gardaí in Dublin yesterday.
The searches were made as part of an ongoing investigation into a Dublin gang by members of the Organised Crime Unit.
They stopped and searched a car at around 8.30pm yesterday and undertook a follow-up search at a house in Clonshaugh.
Gardaí said the cannabis resin discovered had an estimated street value of €150,000.
Two women, one in her early 60s and the other in her 40s, were arrested and are being held in Blanchardstown Garda Station.
Woman arrested after Clonee seizure
A woman in her late 20s has been arrested after a quantity of cannabis herb was found in a house in Clonee.
Gardaí from Blanchardstown searched the house at 6.30pm and discovered the drugs, which they say has an estimated street value of €30,000.
