Two people arrested by gardaí during the investigation into the death of model Katy French have pleaded guilty to a drugs charge.
Kieron Ducie, from Lambertstown Manor, Kilmessan, Co Meath, and Ann Corcoran of Tolka Road, Clonliffe Rd, Dublin 3, both pleaded guilty at Trim Circuit Criminal Court to a charge of procuring Russell Memery to possess cocaine for the purpose of sale or supply.
In 2010, Memery pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiring with others to possess cocaine for supply on 2 December 2007, or 3 December in Clonee, Co Meath.
Council for the State said a nolle prosequi would be entered in relation to the second charge in the cases of Mr Ducie and Ms Corcoran, which is that they intentionally arrested or recklessly supplied cocaine to Ms French at Lambertstown Manor and in failing to get timely medical assistance for her.
They created a substantial risk of death or serious injury on the same occasion.
Judge Leonie Reynolds remanded both on continuing bail until sentencing early in the New Year.
