A man and a woman in their 20s are being questioned in Cork after €20,000 worth of heroin was seized from their car.
The car was stopped by members of the Cork City Divisional Drugs Squad near the Dunkettle roundabout on the outskirts of Cork city at around 1am.
The couple were believed to have been returning from Dublin with the drugs.
They are being questioned at Mayfield Garda Station.
