A 72-year-old man has died in a farm accident in Co Westmeath.
It is understood the man went missing this afternoon.
His body was later discovered in a slurry tank on the farm, which is located between Mullingar and Delvin.
Two separate investigations are being carried out by gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority.
