A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Declan O'Reilly in Dublin on 24 September.
Mr O'Reilly was shot dead as he walked along the South Circular Road with his son.
The man arrested is in his 20s and is being held at Kevin Street Garda Station.
He can be detained for up to seven days.
