Help sought to identify man found in Dublin

The Garda Ombudsman is seeking the public's help in identifying a man who was found unconscious outside the Arlington Hotel on Lord Edward Street around 6pm on Friday.

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission is seeking the public's help in identifying a man who was found seemingly unconscious outside the Arlington Hotel on Lord Edward Street around 6pm on Friday.

The man is of a white complexion and aged in his late 40s or early 50s.

He is of slight build, with greyish hair and a moustache.

Gardaí were called to the scene and the man was subsequently taken to Pearse Street Garda Station.

The man was then taken by ambulance to hospital on Friday night where he remains in a serious condition.

The Garda Ombudsman is asking anybody with information that may be of assistance to contact it on 1890 600 800.
