A website aimed at the farming community is to create up to 100 jobs in Ireland over the next three years.

A website aimed at the farming community says it is to create up to 100 jobs in Ireland over the next three years.

The Farmbud networking site, which is currently under development, is owned by Farming Internet Services Ltd.

The company has offices in Newry, Galway and Longford, and has plans to open a premises in Dublin.

A spokesperson says the jobs, which will be in sales, marketing, project development and administration, will be created on both sides of the border.
