A woman being sued for alleged double charging and breach of contract in relation to cleaning services claims she is the victim of a vendetta by developer, Sean Dunne.
Gina Farrell made the claim in proceedings being taken by the management company of an apartment complex in south county Dublin against her.
Hollybrook (Brighton Road) Management Company which manages the Foxrock estate, is suing Ms Farrell's cleaning services company for just over €120,000.
It says it was double charged for cleaning services and that Ms Farrell altered entries in the concierge's log at the complex to show that cleaners had been there when they had not.
They claim she also altered the log to show that two cleaners had been at the complex when there had only been one.
Ms Farrell denies the claims.
Ms Justice Mary Laffoy invited both parties to consider mediation. She said spending at least five days in the High Court to recover just €122,000 made no commercial sense whatsoever and was 'ridiculous'.
Lawyers for Hollybrook Management Company said they were willing to go to mediation.
But lawyers for Ms Farrell said she did not want to go through with mediation given everything that had happened between the two sides previously.
There are 48 apartments in the complex in Foxrock. Services provided to the residents include a fully equipped gym and and Jacuzzi, a 24 hour concierge service and underground parking.
The complex was developed by Sean Dunne's company, Mountbrook Homes.
