A man has died in a single-vehicle crash in Co Cork today.
The crash occurred on the N22 at Macroom shortly after 6.30am.
The man, who was in his 20s, was a passenger in the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car and another passenger, both in their 20s, were taken to Cork University Hospital where their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Yesterday, two people were killed in separate car crashes in counties Sligo and Carlow.
