Controversy esclates surrounding Ivor Callely's expences claims says the Irish Examiner. The Irish Times tells us that the Garda Commissioner has written to the Seanad over the Senator's expences. The move says the Irish Dail Mail confirms that a serious criminal investigation is under way, while the Independent reports that the Senator claimed he got a fifteen hundred euro donation from the son of a director of the company at the centre of the allegations.
