The Agency said it had paid €2.7bn for loans that had been valued at €5.2bn, which is an average discount of 48%.
NAMA said loans from Anglo Irish Bank would be transferred 'over the coming weeks' once the Agency had gone through all of the relevant documentation.
This compares with an average discount of 50% for the first set of loans from the five institutions in May.
NAMA has so far paid around €10.4bn for loans originally worth €20.5bn.
The biggest discount on the second batch of loans was for those from Irish Nationwide.
NAMA paid the society just €163m for loans of €591m, a discount of 72%.
The figures for AIB and EBS were 48.5% and 46.5% respectively, while the Bank of Ireland discount was 37.8%.
