A king snake one-metre long was added to the attractions.
The snake, which is not dangerous, was found by a man in the garden of his home at Grange in Cork city and is believed to be an escaped pet.
The snake may now be sent to Dublin Zoo.

Pupils from Glor na Mara Primary School in Tramore, Co Waterford, got a little more than they bargained for when they went on their school tour to Fota Wildlife Park in Co Cork today.
