A 24-year-old woman has died following a single-vehicle crash in Tallaght in Co Dublin.
The accident happened on the Blessington Road, close to the Old Embankment pub, shortly after midnight.
A 20-year-old woman is in a critical condition at Tallaght Hospital.
The road between the Old Embankment and Blue Gardenia pubs was closed for an examination but has since re-opened.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to contact them on 01 6666000.
