Kay Creegan, 42, went into cardiac arrest after undergoing a facelift procedure and died two days later.
Her husband Liam sued the surgeon, the anaesthetist, and the nurse involved in the operation for medical neglect.
The insurance company for Dr Michael Sachs, who already had 33 cases of medical malpractice against him, made an out of court settlement for $2.1m.
The nurse's insurance company also made a settlement of $1m.
Yesterday, however, the jury in the civil action found that the aftercare actions of the anaesthetist and the nurse were not responsible for Mrs Creegan's death, and they awarded no damages.
