The State also announced that it will not be proceeding with six counts of brothel keeping against 49-year-old Bobby Healy, with an address at Mervue Lawn, Ballyvolane in Cork.

The all-male jury was told that the trial of 39-year-old Caroline O'Leary, of Scartbarry, Watergrasshill, Co Cork, will proceed tomorrow afternoon.

She is facing 69 counts of brothel keeping and organising prostitution at John Street and Grafton Street in Cork.

She pleaded not guilty when she was arraigned this morning.
