Two brothers have appeared in court in Limerick charged with threatening to kill another man in the city last week.
They have both been remanded in custody.
31-year-old Kieran Collopy and his brother Damian, aged 20, both from St Ita's Street in St Mary's Park, were charged with threatening to kill a man at St Senan's Street in the same estate last Wednesday.
Both were also charged with trespassing, and Kieran Collopy was also charged with assault.
They were brought before the District Court in the city this morning.
The court heard they made no reply to the charges.
They were both remanded in custody to appear in the District Court again next Wednesday, when a bail application is likely to be made in respect of Kieran Collopy.
