The Taoiseach chaired a special meeting in Government Buildings today to discuss the final details of the plan to recapitalise the banks.
The plan is due to be announced on Tuesday.
Attending the meeting were the Minister for Finance, the Financial Regulator, the Governor of the Central Bank, and the head of the National Treasury Management Agency.
