Shot fired outside Co Clare house

An investigation has begun into an incident in Co Clare in which a shot was fired early this morning.

Gardaí were in the area at the time

The shot was fired into the air outside a house in Clonlara at 2am.

No one was injured in the incident. Gardaí were in the area at the time.
