A woman in her 30s has been charged in connection with the murder of John McManus in Co Kerry in November 2008.
The woman will appear before Cork District Court tomorrow morning.
Mr McManus' body was found at the side of the road in the Ballyduff area of north Kerry on 6 November 2008.
The 25-year-old had been missing from his home in Cork City for several days beforehand.
A post mortem examination in Cork University Hospital revealed that Mr McManus had been murdered.
