The airline also said that the 20-year lease agreement it has with the Dublin Airport Authority cannot be broken to allow another tenant use the site.
Meanwhile, Táinaiste Mary Coughlan has said that Shannon Development has also offered to accommodate Ryanair in an existing or new hangar.
And she has repeated the Government's offer to the airline to build a hangar for them at Dublin Airport.
But the UNITE Trade Union say the Government is not doing enough.
It said it should give Ryanair whatever it needs to create jobs and prevent them from being exported.
In a statement, Ryanair once again insisted it does not have a 'hidden agenda' to turn Hangar 6 into a terminal building.
It says any such claims are false and that its only interest is in creating a heavy maintenance facility and 300 jobs.
