The Big Freeze: Is the Govt doing enough?
Aftermath of the flooding crisis

Rita O'Reilly visits some of the people worst affected by last November's flooding, and finds a great deal of anger directed at a perceived lack of Government action.

Minister Gormley says that he sympathises with the flood victims, and that funding for flood risk measures has been doubled.
Dr Tom Clonan, Security Analyst, believes that the state has the facilities needed to deal with these crises, but that there is a lack of political will to instigate emergency procedures.
