Air France - Third search planned

French accident investigators will carry out a third search for the black boxes of an Air France plane that crashed off the coast of Brazil, killing all 228 people on board.

The Airbus A330 crashed in a storm after leaving Rio de Janeiro en route to Paris last June.

The head of the French investigation agency announced the move in Rio de Janeiro after meeting relatives of the victims ahead of the publication of a new report on the crash in Paris next week.

The search is not due to begin until February next year.
