Cummins murder trial is adjourned

The trial of a Co Tipperary man accused of murdering a 21-year-old man in Waterford city has been adjourned until tomorrow.

33-year-old Robert Devine of Wheatfields, Clonmel, has pleaded not guilty to murdering Joseph Cummins at a rented house in Lower Grange, Waterford, two years ago.

Mr Cummins died shortly after he was stabbed several times during an incident on 24 November, 2007.
