Inquiry into hotel blaze

Gardaí in Co Wicklow are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fire at a hotel in Aughrim.

There were no customers in the hotel at the time, which was extensively damaged in the blaze.

Five units of the fire brigade brought the fire under control.
