A 23-year-old man has appeared at Limerick District Court in connection with a pipe bomb find in the city earlier this week.
William O'Dwyer of Richmond Court, Mount Kennett Place, Limerick, is charged with possession of a pipe bomb at St Mary's Park in Limerick last Monday evening.
There was no application for bail and the accused man was remanded in custody to appear in court on 4 November.
