Garland extradition case adjournedWednesday 28 October 2009 15.43
The High Court has further adjourned an application by the US to extradite former Workers' Party President Sean Garland.
Mr Garland is accused of involvement in a large-scale operation to make high quality counterfeit US dollars.
US authorities claim the 75-year-old from Beldonstown, Brownstown in Navan, Co Meath, conspired with others outside the US in a counterfeiting operation involving almost perfect copies of dollars.
The case was adjourned until 2 December.
