Next Home, Mothercare and Dreams are moving into the Crescent Link Retail Park.
The companies, which will open over the course of the next three months, are offering both full-time and part-time roles.
The contracts were brokered by commercial property agency Lisney.
Its associate director, Nicky Finnieston, said the investments would provide a significant economic boost to the northwest.
Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Homebase, Currys, PC World and Toys 'R Us already trade out of Crescent Link, which is the second largest retail park in Northern Ireland.
