Health authorities in England have launched an investigation into the death of a 14-year-old girl who was given a cervical cancer vaccine at school.
Natalie Morton died yesterday in hospital shortly after receiving the vaccination at the school in Coventry.
A post mortem examination is to be carried out to establish the cause of death.
The batch of vaccine allocated to the school has been quarantined as a 'precautionary measure'.
