A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Kevin McDaid last May in Coleraine, Co Derry.
The 20-year-old suspect was detained by police in Coleraine early today.
The PSNI is also probing the attempted murder of Damian Fleming in the same incident.
Mr McDaid, 49, and Mr Fleming, 46, were attacked by a gang of men in the Somerset Drive area of the town after Rangers beat Celtic to the Scottish league title.
Ten men have so far been charged in connection with the attacks.
