A search is under way on the Co Clare coast tonight for a woman who was last seen on the pier at Liscannor at 7.30pm this evening.
The Shannon-based coastguard helicopter, coastguard units from Kilkee and Doolin, and local gardai are taking part in the search.
The woman is said to be in her mid-40s.
