Murder charges have been dropped against two teenagers accused of killing west Belfast greengrocer Harry Holland.

The 65-year-old grandfather was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver as he tried to stop the theft of his delivery van near his home in Norfolk Drive in the city in September 2007.

Today at Belfast Crown Court, Patrick Joseph Crossan, 18, of Willowbank Gardens in Belfast, and a 17-year-old girl, who cannot be identified due to her age, admitted a charge of affray.

Crossan also admitted having a knife and the girl admitted assault.

Yesterday, 18-year-old Sean Patrick McKee, from Ballymurphy Road in west Belfast, pleaded guilty to stabbing Mr Holland.
