The Government is to invite leading international business figures, who have Irish links or connections, to take part in an economic forum later this year.

Up to 150 individuals are expected to attend the conference, which will be held at Farmleigh House in Dublin in September.

Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin said the forum would be aimed at generating ideas to contribute to Ireland's economic recovery.
