RTÉ's Pobal wins Prix Circom award
Thursday, 16 April 2009 16:38Pobal Speisialta, produced by RTÉ Nuacht, has won the Prix Circom award for best magazine programme.
This special access edition of the Pobal series provided an opportunity to a community of asylum seekers and refugees, to tell the story of their experiences in Ireland
All items in the programme were chosen, researched and presented by the community, with training and technical support from an RTÉ Nuacht team.

The programme was presented by Eloho Egweutera and Eibhlín Ní Choistealbha.
The award ceremony will take place in the Netherlands in May.
