Lancashire police also seized three vehicles which were part of the convoy.
The police said the seizure forms part of an anti-terror investigation in the northwest of England.
The aid convoy is scheduled to travel some 8000km, through seven countries, and is expected to cross into Gaza early next month.
It will deliver £1m (€1.12m) of aid, including 12 ambulances and a fire engine.
It is being driven by 300 volunteers, including the controversial MP George Galloway.
