A man has died in a road crash in Co Tipperary this afternoon.
The 31-year-old died after the car he was driving collided with a tree at Latteragh, Nenagh at around 1.30pm.
He has been named as Daniel Fogarty from William Street in Nenagh.
The scene of the collision has been examined by crash scene investigators.
It is the first road fatality of 2009.
