Wexford plant to create 100 jobs

Around 100 permanent jobs are to be created with the development of a new Coca Cola manufacturing plant in Wexford.

The multi-national company is planning to invest €240m over the next five years at the 41-acre site on the outskirts of the town.

The Taoiseach Brian Cowen officiated at the start of construction of the facility.
