A date has been set for the hearing of an appeal by Joe O'Reilly against his conviction for the murder of his wife, Rachel.
A date has been set for the hearing of an appeal by Joe O'Reilly against his conviction last year for the murder of his wife, Rachel.
The appeal will take place on 18 December.
O'Reilly is serving a life prison sentence.
Rachel O'Reilly's badly beaten body was found in the bedroom of her home at Lambay View, Baldarragh, The Naul, Co Dublin in October 2004.
