Services at social welfare offices returned to normal this morning.

Phones - Civil servants end action

For weeks, civil servants have been refusing to answer phones in a row over flexitime and attendance.

They have also been refusing to open offices over lunchtime.

Agreement was reached after talks at the Labour Relations Commission.
