Three people have been injured in a serious collision along the main Kilkenny to Waterford road this afternoon.
Gardaí say the injured are the driver and passenger of a van and the driver of a truck.
The vehicles collided at Mullinavat shortly before 3pm.
Woman dies following Kerry collision
An 84-year-old woman who was a passenger in a car that was involved in a collision near Killarney in Co Kerry last Saturday has died.
The four-car collision happened around 5km on the Tralee side of Killarney on Saturday afternoon and the woman sustained serious injuries and was treated at Kerry General Hospital.
A number of other people were injured in the collision but not seriously.
