A meeting of workers from the Iralco plant in Collinstown, Co Westmeath, has taken place.
Workers from the Iralco plant in Collinstown in Co Westmeath have met near Mullingar
The meeting was held at the GAA clubhouse in The Downs.
Most of the 400-strong workforce attended the meeting, which was addressed by the managing director of the company and the joint liquidators.
A union spokesman said workers were glad to be getting back to work tomorrow and that the main concern now is to find a buyer for the company.
