Iarnród Éireann says normal service has resumed on the Dublin to Belfast line.
Repair work continued throughout the weekend following the derailment of a freight train on Thursday night, south of Skerries at Hacketstown.
Some slight delays had been expected this morning, but a spokesman said services were running to time.
