Explosive device found in Dublin
Sunday, 9 September 2007 22:47A suspect device has been found at Summerton Lane, Strawberry Beds near Lucan in Dublin.
The army's bomb disposal unit investigated the device.
They were alerted to the incident at around 7pm.

The army bomb disposal unit was dispatched to Summerton Lane, which is situated near the Castleknock Golf and Country Club.
A cordone was put in place while the device was inspected.
The defence forces have said that the device was a viable improvised explosive device.
Gardaí are investigating the incident.
