Mayo TD Beverley Flynn has until today to pay RTÉ money owed in the settlement of her failed libel action.

Mayo TD Beverley Flynn has until today to pay RTÉ money owed in the settlement of her failed libel action.

Bankruptcy proceedings against the politician were adjourned until October on the understanding that she would settle her €1.25m bill by today.

A spokesman for RTÉ has confirmed that payment is being made.
