Victim of Limerick crash named

Gardaí have named the victim of yesterday's crash at Banoge, Croom in Limerick.

Gardaí have named the victim of yesterday's crash at Banoge, Croom in Limerick.

25-year-old Ciara Meehan of Ballinacourty, Dungarvan, Co Waterford died when she lost control of the car she was driving and hit a tree.

She was removed to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital where a post mortem will take place.

Gardaí in Croom are investigating.
