A report indicates that house prices are dropping in parts of Northern Ireland, but experts say there are no signs of an imminent property crash.

A report out today indicates that house prices are dropping in parts of Northern Ireland, but experts stress there are no signs of an imminent property crash.

Although overall growth last month outstripped all but one other UK region, surveyors discovered a slowdown with less investor interest.

But the study by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Ulster Bank points to healthy growth.
