Neary victims invited to seek compensation

Former patients of Dr Michael Neary, who underwent unecessary medical proceedures, have been invited to make an application for compensation through a Government approved redress scheme.

Public notices from the Lourdes Hospital Redress Board were published in all national newspapers this morning.

Under the scheme women who underwent unecessary obstetric hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy operations can make an application.
