Two fires in Dublin & Co Down

Sections of Church Road and East Wall Road in Dublin are closed due to a fire at a disused printing works.

No one was in the building at the time and there were no casualties.

Meanwhile hundreds of people in Co Down, who were evacuated after a fire broke out in a garage workshop, have been told it may be some time before they are allowed to return to their homes.

The blaze broke out close to gas cylinders at the garage in Millisle last night.

Fire chiefs have warned that it could take 24 hours for the area to be declared safe.
