160 jobs to be created in Wexford

Up to 160 jobs are to be created in Wexford town today, with the expansion of an information technology company.

The Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Micheál Martin, will formally announce the new jobs at the American-based Equifax company.

The global information solutions company already employs 140 people in the town.

The jobs have been described as high-level and will be created over the next five years.
