Diana, Princess of Wales - Inquest to be heard by jury

A High Court in London has ruled that the inquests into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales, and Dodi Al Fayed will be heard by a jury.

Three senior judges have overturned the ruling of deputy royal coroner, Baroness Butler-Sloss, that she would sit alone without a jury.

It follows an appeal by Dodi Al Fayed's father and Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed.
