Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is continuing his tour of the Gulf Region today with an official visit to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Mr Ahern is leading one of the largest trade missions ever from Ireland involving 114 companies.
During the visit, the Taoiseach will meet UAE Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
Mr Ahern is being accompanied by Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin, Minister for Education Mary Hanafin and Minister for Agriculture Mary Coughlan.
